Coeliac disease is an autoimmune enteropathy triggered by gluten. SMSL offers tTG-IgA with total IgA (and tTG-IgG/DGP in IgA deficiency), EMA confirmation by IFA, and optional HLA-DQ2/DQ8 genotyping, with fecal calprotectin or other tests when IBD is considered.
