The Eonis Q96 is a quantitative real-time PCR thermal cycler engineered for speed, uniformity, and rock-solid reproducibility across the full 96-well plate. A gold-plated silver heating block delivers rapid ramp rates and outstanding temperature homogeneity, so every well sees the same thermocycle profile—no edge effects, no surprises. The motorised heated lid applies precise contact pressure to prevent condensation and volume loss, protecting your assay sensitivity from the very first cycle.

Optically, Eonis Q96 is built to excel. A fibre-optic illumination path with four long-life LEDs provides homogeneous excitation across all samples, while a high-performance detection module with six colour filter channels supports robust multiplexing without crosstalk. Result: crisp amplification curves, clean baselines, and confident quantitation—even in complex multiplex assays.

Operation is effortless: the front sample drawer makes loading a 96-well plate (10–100 µL) quick and ergonomic, while the intuitive control software streamlines runs and reporting.
